I'm currently experiencing issues with my online storage provider for my videos. They're no longer automatically converting my new uploads to be available for streaming. This has been going on for close to two months and I've been in regular contact with their tech support about it.
Apparently it's due to a product update bug they're working on but there's no target date for having it fixed. They were able to manually convert my last video and I'd thought that the problem was fixed. However I just found out that the problem is still there when I uploaded one recently.
I have a video ready to go and I'm hoping that their tech support can convert it the same way they did with my last one, but no word back yet. If it comes down to it, I can still post the video to be available for download (no streaming), but I'd prefer to not have to force people to have to download the entire file.
I'll keep you posted as things progress. Sorry for the delay, but understand that I'm doing all I can on this. It's incredibly frustrating on this end.
